Join us for an informal discussion of bariatric surgery and the insurance requirements necessary to have the procedure approved. We will discuss the different types of surgeries available, including Lap Band Surgery, Lap Sleeve Gastrectomy, and Lap Gastric Bypass Procedures including revisional options. We will also address insurance and program requirements. Our office is staffed with both a bariatric dietitian and a certified bariatric nurse to help you every step of the way in your journey towards health!
These sessions are given by our certified bariatric nurse. If you are a candidate for surgery and wish to schedule an appointment with Dr. Balsama, you may do so at the conclusion of the bariatric information session.
